My aim is to offer you a place where you can bring anything that is bothering you, and be heard, not judged. I will work with you to support you in finding the best solution if there is one to be found. Often there is not, there is no solution, for example, to the trauma caused by abuse, but it can be healed.

Counselling is a place…

"to heal, to grow, to be myself, to find a reason to live, to find a way to stand up for myself, to figure out where I want to go and what I want to do, to be heard, to be valued, to understand what's important to me, to cry, to learn that I am good enough, to share a silence with another person, to talk about anything I need to share, to be afraid, to be angry, to feel, to find happiness"

I work with people for short and long term counselling, sessions are usually weekly at the same time each week, although I am flexible around this.

I work with adults of all ages (16+), genders, sexulities, cultures and backgrounds.

If you are unsure if I am the right counsellor for you, please get in touch, either by email or phone. I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation to help you decide if I am a good 'fit' for you.

I currently have availability on Thursday mornings and evenings and Friday mornings and afternoons.

I charge £40 for a 60 minute session. Concessions available.
